I’m a huge fan of nature, the Adirondacks and especially Lake George. After traveling the country for five years living in 13 states, my wife and I realized how spectacular the Adirondacks are. We now live outside of Lake George Village for the past 13 years. The serenity of lake, the surrounding Adirondack Mountains and some amazing venues make Lake George one of the top destinations for an Adirondack Wedding. Here is a short list of a few of my favorites wedding venues in Lake George.
The Inn at Erlowest is a historic stone castle located on the shores of Lake George. Originally built in 1898 as a private residence, the Inn is now the setting for luxurious boutique weddings.
The architecture of the Inn is reminiscent of a European castle, with its stone walls, turrets, and stunning views of the lake. The interior features elegant furnishings, antiques, and artwork, creating a sense of old-world charm and sophistication. All perfect backdrops for every aspect of a wedding day.
The grounds of the Inn are beautifully landscaped, with gardens, patios, and a private beach area.
Overall, the Inn at Erlowest offers a stunning lakeside setting, making it a perfect venue to host your Adirondack wedding.
